£200 Google Pixel 9 Pro XL not received

Hi I saw this when I bought my Pixel 9 Pro XL, and I haven't received it. How do I get it put onto my bill?

Did you swap another mobile for this Pixel 9 Pro XL or did you order it as a new customer ?

Are you only eligible if you swap phones? I kept my old phone and sold it privately.

How long ago?  (The cooling off period has to pass)

Yes I'm still in my cooling off period, wonder if it's that.   Is it automatic or do I have to apply?

It should be credited once your cooling off period expires.

I rang sky before and they gave me a link to apply for the 200 but you have to trade in your old phone but I've already done that with sky. Circles they are just sending me in circles

Currently in this loop with Sky. I done Swap24 for the Pro XL and I'm past the cooling off period. On the phone with them now.
