2 years I've tried to link my sky id, made around 8 calls to sky they've made me change emails etc nothing works! It means I'm not allowed full access to My own account, I've sent emails of complaints been promised calls back but never had any! Instead I spend hours on the phone to people who say let's fix this today and make me change my email and try put my postcode surname and last 6 digits of bank in as if I've not tried a billion times. One person who works for sky told me once it's happened to 1 or 2 in a million people and the only way to correct it is to wipe my account then reinstall it, sky workers laugh at me say this is unheard of try can't fix it hang up phone on me it's absolutely frustrating and appalling. I should be able to transfer my data and look at my bills etc instead I have very little access customer for 4 years payments on time yet no access.

Of course but they've made me change my email address 3 times now it hasn't worked they know this. My postcode and bank details and surname is all correct obviously
I've made several calls sometimes being on the phone 2 hours, been promised calls back. They need to delete my account and upload it again only one person within sky has been honest about what needs done yet they are unwilling to do this. It's frustrating nobody should be restricted to their own account and bills for this length of time.

As far as I can see you haven't spoken to the messaging team on here or have you via a different name on here ?

No I've never spoken on this atall always phone sky directly but getting nowhere this was my last hope was hoping maybe someone had same issue as me

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
