2 iphone that i did not ordrerd

i got a parcel today of 2 iphones that i did not order i reckon it was a scam so i changed the password of acc already what should i do with the phones i do not want to pay for them

You need to contact Sky to arrange their return and do not give them to anyone that knocks on your door.

@Sherly_s  You need to call Sky 1st so they can arrange the return labels for you, do not just return them until they have provided you with returns lable, as advised you should not hand them over to anyone else who turns up at your door as this is a scam whereby someone has manged to order phones on your account and if they are collected by a 3rd party you'll be liable for the devces and all payments for them.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Read the link carefully and only return them to Sky's official address after speaking to them.

 

There's a very high chance someone will try and get you to return them elsewhere- if you do this then the scammers will have the phones and you'll be paying for them...

I had a call right now saying they are from sky i answered it and talked to him

The scam continues........  it was almost certaintly NOT Sky!

 

Make sure YOU call Sky on their official number.

yh ok you know when the orginal sky give you prepaid label should i just take it to the post office and will i get charged for the phone and just let yk that there is 2 of the phones really dont want to pay as we are already in a tuff position

You need to talk to Sky, not us.

 

However, you may be charged until you properly return the items.  But better to be charged for a month (and then refunded) rather than being scammed and paying for them for years.

@Sherly_s When you take them to the post office make sure you get your proof of postage.  The return address should match the address on the link posted earlier within this thread.

As far as Sky are currently concerned you've ordered 2 phones under your account.  Until you speak to Sky and process a return then you will be charged for them.
