2 iPads delivered

My wife ordered a new iPad for my daughter, they accidentally sent 2, can I keep it and it be added to my account?

Have you only been charged for the one of them, if so then you will need to contact Sky about this as this does seem an unusual occurrence to happen.

No they have emailed me to tell me they sent 2 in error and asked me to send it back, but I would quite like to keep it, I'm happy to pay the additional monthly fee

Are you sure this email is from Sky, what else does it say about returning it ?

That they can see I received 2 and they are sending a box out for it to be returned

This seems legit...  However, ensure you only return it to Sky's published address, see here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/account-takeover

 

Just on the off chance your account has been compromised.

 

You'll have to speak to Sky as to whether they will let you purchase it - this will require a credit check etc. if they agree.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
