On my statement/ account

i have a charge for UK Service number £54. 63 (1 call) UK to international £12.50

could you explain the calls please as I do not remember making them

As customers we can't say when you did or didn't make them, do they shows the date and times that they were called and if so could anyone in your property have made these calls ?

Hi @Nikki11021 UK service numbers are numbers such as ones beginning with 084, 087 and 09 so if you have called one of these then they can cost a lot, as you have found. Your bill should show the time and date of the calls in question. Have you been abroad lately ?
