2 CCA agreements but only x1 handset

Ordered the iPhone 16 pro in natural titanium back in August. This never arrived so I decided to go into the store and pick up the exact same phone but in Black & cancel the original (natural titanium).

Weeks later the iPhone 16 pro in natural titanium was dispatched for delivery and sky asked me to refuse this and then they would amend my account.

I returned my old iPhone (iphone 14 pro) and the iPhone 16 pro (natural titanium) to Sky but now I'm being charged for x2 iPhone 16 pro CCA agreements.

In short, I'm basically paying two contracts but using one handset.

I'm in Australia and so I'm unable to ring sky to sort this.

Any suggestions would be welcomed.

Hi @LK2025  i doubt you will be able to sort this out without calling. You could try the social media links at the bottom of this page, or a formal complaint.

@LK2025

That probably wasn't the best advice from Sky as it would helped had you took it in then contacted them to return it as you would have had a receipt from when you do this with the tracking details on to show that it had been returned.

You will have to contact them, perhaps via one of the social media links at the bottom of this page to get this sorted.
