0300 numbers blocked by sky?

Hi, Can anyone help me. I am waiting for an important call from the hospital which uses a 0300 number. Sky mobile sends them straight to answerphone and they don't like leaving messages about health issues. The number isn't one that accepts calls back to it either so I am missing important calls and get no message and have no way of contacting them.

@Layny I get 0300 calls through on mine. Have you checked the number hasn't been marked as spam accidentally by yourself in the past? 

Also, in your call list, you may have an option to mark the number as not spam when you click on it.
