My account says my phone is 0 months left to pay however it says outstanding balance £770. My dad has been paying off this off until he died and my phone should have been on a lot less that this total. I am not sure if it's still being taken out of my parents account however no one has chased me up so I figured it was payed off.

To clear this up @Rothdog I would suggest calling Sky on 150.
