0.99GB data taken off

I have had 0.99GB taken off my piggyback this month at the point of the monthly renewal. Never happened before and seems very unfair. Any ideas? Thanks.

@93rdminiye Date expires after 12 months now, so it might explain it.

So as stated after 04/06/25 any data older than 12 months is being removed as per the new Sky Mobile Piggybank T's and C's. Customers were made aware of this change in the April 2024 price change letters/emails (my email was received 09/01/24) but it's only recently come into effect which may be why quite a few customers have forgotten about it.

Ah I see, gotcha. Thanks both. Yes I did know about this (I got a fair chunk of Gig taken off last month)...but had failed to recognise what the cumulative effect of this will be . I suspect this will continue to happen pretty much each month.

It will do but only data you have had for 12 months will now be removed going forward.
