I am getting this error on Sky go, and can't watch anything on it. I have the correct subscritpion which i can see on the My Sky app and am using the login as i have for the My Sky app

Can you view your bill via the MySky app ?

How long have you been a Sky TV customer ?

Have you left and then returned, if so how long were you away for ?

I can see my bill on the MySky app.  I became a SkyTv customer on March 24, which is the first time I've been with Sky so I'm not a returning customer.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
This isn't a live chat so replies may not be instant.

Having this problem now also.  Spoke to sky help who confirmed correct subscription but still,unable to watch recordings on a number of channels previoisly watched / recorded.  Been throigh set ups etc spent 40 kins on a call one channel now available rest still not ..... any additional help appreciated.

So to be clear you can not view any recording from your Sky Q box due to this error, if so is a multiscreen subscription in place on your account ?

It's not all channels recorded and sometimes it's a series on one channel yet another is accessible (previously also not accessible but seems my call unblocked the one example I gave) ... I had multi screen before but recently took this off my subscription... planning on calling them again later today when home.

If you are trying to watch your recordings from your Sky Q box then you do need multiscreen for this. For live TV you do not but the app needs to be disconnected from your Sky Q box for them to work.
