spent 2 hours on the phone with sky.
transferred to 4 different people.. every one telling me to do the same thing.
unninstal and reinstall again.
last person said it was a problem with my computer because the app on my phone was working fine.. so mustnt be a problem wth the app..
this is despite the phone being a competly different app (android app). they didnt unnderstand that there is a diffference.
when i uninstall and reinstall it works.. its only when i close down and re-open, that i can not access it.
just stays stuck on the blue screen checking for updates.
the woman i spoke to even checked if there had been any similar reports and said that there wasnt any.
I have seen over 50 reports by people on this forum having the same problem.. unbelievable.
after 2 hours.. still not resolved.
going to cancel sky subscription if it can't get sorted by this weekend.

for the benefit of anyone reading this looking for a fix; all you have to do is temporarily disconnect from your internet (so just turn off wifi in most cases) then launch the skygo app. Once the app has opened and got to the home screen then reconnect to the internet and wait a few seconds. not ideal but it works.

I have exactly the same problem - works on phone not on laptop. Uninstall from laptop and reinstall then it works once. Have to Uninstall/reineverytime I want to watch!
