upgrade your subscription message when trying to watch live football on iPad

unable to watch live football on sky sports recently using Sky Go on an iPad and again trying via Apple TV.  We have used these devices before OK, and have not exceeded our device limit.  The error message says "upgrade your subscription to watch this content"

Also I meant to say the AI virtual assistant thing is useless, I need to speak to a person - how do I get to do that?  Looking for phone number but just getting sent around in circles  on the Sky website help section.
