Hi just purchased new lap top having issues in Sky website running slow and Skygo no responing all other sites BBC/ITV/PRIME ect working normal. Reloaded app switched on and off restarted etc still not working wifi working normally hub within 10 feet of laptop onlly thing i havnt tried in a cable connection any body have any ideas ?

When you say that it is not working @jjstoke what is actually happening when you try to use the app ?
