getting sky go message you need the relevant sky tv subscription to watch this show. Code: 131. I'm subscribed to just about everything. Been around the support pages for over an hour with no solutions, just circular links. Very frustrating. I just want to be put in contact with someone.

Been with sky almost 10 years. Never had a problem previously

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

Lived in Singapore for 9 years and just returned.
The connection is just random, sometimes it plays then I change programmes and then I am not subscribed

If you had Sky previously and cancelled did you setup a new ID to use with the app as your old one will have been long since closed.

So Sky incompetence continues at pace. I was told to call technical support for help. I have done this 4 times now each operator passing me around the various departments and suggesting I change my password. Obviously this doesn't help at all. Oh, one guy tried to sell me Netflix to solve the issue. So I'm stranded and guess I'm going in for round 5. Pulling my hair out. Sky support worst ever
