sky go wont work on my ps5

I have seen a previous person experiencing the same problem as myself. I am trying to log onto sky go on my ps5 but keeps giving me the error message of "I have not accepted terms and conditions" I already did this previously. it must be stuck on the system.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
