sky go on ps5 asking to upgrade to sky go extra which I've got

My son's been trying to connect to sky go on the ps5 but keeps being told he has to upgrade to sky go extra. We've had no problems using it up to the superbowl but since the upgrade he's just getting the same message about upgrading every time he tries to use it. We've phoned and have been told we've got sky go extra an that it's a tecnical issue, but he still cannot get past the upgrade message.

Any help appeciated please.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
