sky go not working on new hp laptop

sky go starts up ok .but as soon as i click on something from the front page all i get is a black screen with the word ADVERT in the bottom corner .Ihave tried reloading the sky app 3 times but still have the same problem , i have loaded down NETFLIX / ITVX /PLUTO these all run ok any advice

Similar issue with new HP laptop but App won't load and get Javascript error.

Tried uninstall but that fails. Tried download new version but wont initiate

Where do we go for help?
