sky go does not work after install on samsung Book4 edge laptop

I have installed sky go on my new laptop, Samsung Book4 edge. The installation seems to work ok, I get the Sky go logo and checking for updates. Then after a couple of minutes the sky go logo disappears, with no installation.

Its the update we all have the same issue for around 2 months and still not fixed 🤔
