Sky support managed to sort my issue or get around it which worked for 3 weeks but after a windows update back to the same problem, blank screen grrr! Sort it Sky

I'm having this issue now. Start the app, log in, accept cookies, and then a white box with the following text:
Access Denied
You don't have permission to access "http://skyid.sky.com/AK_PM_VPATH0/856922/288_Error.html" on this server.

It's on my Desktop PC and Laptop.
I tried the run as administrator method but still no fix.

My Skygo stopped working about 3 mths ago for no apparent reason,. Rang Sky, tld I needed to upgrade frm Wins 10 to 11.
Had no effect. My Partners laptop on Wins 11 still works perfectly?
Tried recommended reloads etc, no effect.
Not happy as paying hefty monthly fee and not receiving full availabilty.
What is going on? Seen a message from a Sky Employee seemingly admitting this is a Sky glitch.
Where are you at resolving this or I will be asking for partial refund?

I'm seeing verion 24.2.3 crash straight after clicking the cookie message (regardless of option chossen) on startup
on Windows 11. Sometimes the login screen pops up, other times it doesn't get that far.
This happens when running as admin and when not running as admin.
I have tried an uninstall (which clears files in AppData/Roaming for me)
It worked very briefly, for a day, maybe two last week and has then started crashing. Before that it was hanging on the checking for updates screen for months.
