sky go app not working on my mobile device for more than two weeks

everytime i try to use sky go app, it freezes  or  ask for a password.

Then ACCESS DENIED. 

hence cannot watch sky tv in another room.

Hi @Mr++E 

@If you are trying to Access your Q box content with the Sky Go App you do need the Monthly Q Multiscreen subscription.
