recording on sky sports online/desktop app

Two football matches i want to watch are both on tv at the same time, middlesbrough vs coventry play off semi final, and manchester city vs real madrid champions league semi final (bt sport). There is an option on the sky sports website tv guide which says 'record' but when i press record it comes up 'Access Denied. You do not have permission to access ... on this server'. I can record on tv and have the relevent subscription, is there any way to solve this? Or a way i can watch the middlesbrough vs coventry match on demand a couple of hours later?

I don't know why it is working for you but in any case all it will do is to set a recording on your Sky box so you might as well set it via your box manually.
