I had this error message for 4 months now "we're having problems connecting your application, please try again (001)". Yet they us no fix and your still charging

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreAre you using a VPN because if so it will need disabling, if you are not then make sure that Sky Go is let through any firewall you use.

Tried everything until disabled VPN, that worked
