"not available in your country"

I have tried, over the last few months, to download the Sky VIP rewards app but it keeps telling me "not available in your country". I am in the U.K..What am I doing wrong?

Are you using a Wifi or mobile data connection when trying to download it because whatever you are using it might be worth trying the other one.

I have tried both. I thought maybe the app I was trying to use was for another country ( like Thailand or Mylasia) but no. Then I thought maybe my phone was telling the app I was in another country...but no again. I have been with Sky since last summer and have not been able to access my VIP awards. Very frustrating
