"Sky Broadband is not secure"
I have Sky Broadband. I too am getting the "device needs to be authorised". But one suggestion is to turn off Norton 360. That surely defeats the reason for having a VPN?

The Sky Go app doesn't work well with VPNs which is why it needs to be turned off at least when you start using the Sky Go app.
