Hey!
I just tried to open Sky Go and got the following;
"Connecting Your Application, We're having problems connecting you. Please try again (001)."

What? Sky Go is working on my phone and I can watch my TV.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreTry letting Sky Go through any firewall you use.
And also try this that was previously posted by another member:
a) Click Start, type 'Firewall' and select Windows Defender Firewall.
b) Top Left of this window, select 'Allow an app or feature through Windows Defender Firewall'
c) Bottom Right, click on 'Allow another app.'
d) Click Browse and Manually navigate to the Sky Go exe file using the
e) "C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Sky\Sky Go\Sky Go.exe" the location of the exe.
d) Add this exe to your list of Firewall exceptions.
e) Check the list and make sure Sky Go is there and it's box is ticked.

I have the same issue. Sky Go is definitely allowed through firewall but the message remains the same.
Any other suggestions?
