just purchased sky stream, can I use sky go before puck delivery?

just purchased sky stream, can I use sky go before puck delivery?

Is it possible for me to watch live tv on sky go before setting up my sky stream puck when it is delivered in next few days. Currently sky go is not allowing me to watch anything with error code 0001.

@Hazleleu10  You should be able to if you're signed into the app but it may take a few hours for skys systems to update

I purchased an hour and 30 mins ago and still not allowing me to watch anything. Not sure if I am doing something wrong..? It comes up with following same error message..

it can take upto 4 hours or even longer for it to come through

I've just ordered a Sky puck waiting for it to be delivered and I still cart watch sky go on my I pad it's a joke 😃

@Bigbenny88  It's not instant it can take upto 72 hours for everything on your account to filter through

We had sky glass on the 11th october for 3 days and returned it. We have been with Sky for 21 years and have SkyQ, Full TV, Broadband and Phone.

When I set the Sky Glass up I could NOT watch anything on SkyGo because SkyGo needs a SkyQ box to be active.

So as far as I know you cannot watch any sky channels on Skygo with Sky Glass

We have Sky Go with Sky Plus, so I'm 90% sure Sky Q is not required

That isn't correct as you can access Sky Go if you are a Sky Glass customer and I'm sure that plenty up and down the land do just that everyday.
