in Canaries skygo stopped working after a month said i had to view sky at home to reset skygo . I got someone at home to start and view Sky but still Skygo not working

It doesn't work like that I'm afraid as the device you are using has to be returned to a Wi-Fi connection back in Ireland before it will work again in the EU.

I have a laptop with me that I haven't used if I download Skygo will that work

I can't say for sure but give it a try by installing the Sky Go app on it.

Thanks for the reply no joy w the laptop. No please with Sky although I'm away still paying the subscription. Not worth the grief trying to get in touch with Sky.
