i have sky sports as a rolling contract, but i cant watch it on sky go on my phone?

i have sky sports as an add on rolling contract, but it wont let me watch sports on my phone on the sky go app. i also have sky go app on laptop and it works fine there, how do i get this on my mobile? its says i need to upgrade my subscription??

Is the app on your iphone connected to your Sky Q box, have a look in the settings section and if it is try disabling this connection then see if the app will work for you.

No it not connected to Q box, I have sky glass tv . So I'm unsure of why I can't watch sky sports on the sky go app on my phone ?

I ptresume you are using the same login details on your iphone ?

If you are then I would give Sky a call to see if they know of what the issue is.
