Download the Sky Go on whatever device you want to watch on (phone, tablet etc). Launch the app and sign in with the Sky username & password you used to order Sky Stream. 

Sky Glass & Stream Puck customer w/Sky Entertainments & Netflix, Sky Cinema, Whole Home & UHD/Dolby Atmos add-on.
