When I try to watch something on the Sky go app on my laptop running Windows 11 I get the following message:
Your Sky Q box is already streaming to the maximum number of devices or we cannot currently connect to the stream. Code: PFE 9050
I only have 2 other devices connected and online support have been useless.
Please help!!!!

And are these other devices streaming as well, if they are wht happen s if you stop using one of them or even the both of them ?

I have exactly the same problem. I can access Sky Go on my iphone but get the same error message if trying to log in on the laptop. There doesn't seem to be a solution!
