cannot find out what my sky device pin is and is not my general pin

i just downloaded sky go on my google chromebook and logged in like anyone would so it worked and i downloaded some movies and they don't work because i need my sky device pin and i don't know it it's not my general pin

If you're a Sky Stream or Glass customer you may need to do this step first https://www.sky.com/productsettings/tv/parental-controls
