Why cant i get watch live premiership matches on my sky go app?

I have the sky extra package but each time i try to use the app it says I need to upgrade???? There is nothing to upgrade as an option???

Upgrades are to the Sky subscription rather than in the app.  Presumably you do have Sky Sports as a package?

If you were trying to watch the 12.30 match then it was shown on Bt Sports so does your TV package includes the Bt Sports package and if it does do you pay Sky or Bt for it ?
