Why can't I watch recordings on Sky Q, via Sky Go when connected to the Sky Q box

Having just renewed our subscription (keeping the same as previous, but minus kids stuff), I am now only able to watch some Sky Q recordings via Sky Go.  Some recordings (which I have previously been able to watch when connected in the house), are now saying "You cannot watch this programme on your Sky Go app.  Please check if your subscription allows you to watch on the Sky Go app.

 

I've tried rebooting Sky Q box, signing out and rebooting tablet and signing back in again.  Nothing works.

If all you rermoved was the Kids package then apart from that you should still have access so can you watch these recordings via your Sky Q box itself ?

I can watch them on the Sky Q Box, just not when I try to watch in another room on my tablet via Sky Go.  It seems very intermittent - some programmes I can watch, some I can't, but it's not specific channels.  It's very random.

As you still have multiscreen on your account then all we can suggest here is for you to contact Sky about this as just removing the kids package shouldn't have started this.
