When in the TV Guide select "Record to Sky box" then you will see them. That apart when using the app away from home it is not possible to watch the BBC channels as the BBC themselves will not allow then to be shown via the Sky Go app as they want people to use their own iplayer app. You can view them when at home if you have a Sky Q box and a multiscreen sub as the app will then connect to your Q box so they can be streamed from it.

Re: Why are there no BBC Channels listed on Sky Go?
I have this problem regularly and by closing the app and restarting it usualiy fixes it but not always, not sure why but it seems to be, might be when internet signal is weak, also reinstalling the app can fix it, or combination of these things, which is all irritating.. I dont use it out of the house so not sure if any problems using this mobileout. False statements such as BBC has withdrawn its use on Sky is nonsense. I am watching beeb now in sky go.

Not sure anyone as claimed this at all. As mentioned in the previous posts BBC live streaming will only work if you are at home and have a Sky Q box which your Sky Go app is connected to.

BBC channels are not listed in Sky Go for a Q user when away from home (or at home but on cellular data rather than Wifi), or in Sky Go for a Glass/Stream user at all. This is a choice made by the BBC to increase iPlayer use.

If your device is using cellular data rather than WiFi when Go starts up, that would be precisely why BBC channels don't appear: it isn't detecting a Sky satellite box on the same network, so goes into 'away from home' mode.

Re: Why are there no BBC Channels listed on Sky Go?
To make it clear the BBC channels will not appear for live tv viewing when away from a Sky Q box. This isn't anything new as this has always been the case.
The channels should appear for remote recording but as stated they are all over the place from 802 and 951 onwards.

Re: Why are there no BBC Channels listed on Sky Go?
It's most annoying, although some people are saying they are on different numbers it's not on mine at all.
I have just had to delete the Sky app that I had as it wasn't showing the tv guide at all but the only app I can get now is Sky go so no recording BBC from it.

You can remote record the channels by following what I posdted above and make sure you select "Record to Sky box" at the top of the TV Guide first.

Re: Why are there no BBC Channels listed on Sky Go?
Yes maybe but I can't see what's on. If I put say Traitors in the search box I can get it but I want to see the list of what's on all day....

Re: Why are there no BBC Channels listed on Sky Go?
If you want to see what is on a certain channel then you have to go to the channel in question so 801 for BBC One and then you can see the full days programming.

That is because you haven't selected "Record to Sky box" at the top of the guide.
