Why I don’t get the free view Chanel’s

Plz could u tell me I got sky to weeks befor I got it fitted I could go on sky go on my Xbox I could wat a film I could watch most stuff soon as fitted sky box I no longer could use sky go had to up day to sky go extra so cost me even more now I doubt have any of the free veil channels is this going to cost me more I have sky sports for rugby sky Signature Sky Go extra this is costing me £49 a month am I going to have to pay more so I can have Freeview channels?

'Free-to-air channels' are, by definition, free. Using Television from Sky on a console is not: the subscription is for the software.

The BBC prefers viewers to be using iPlayer, so under some circumstances their channels won't appear in a Sky app.

I mean on my tv I payed to get sky go extra so could use my Xbox on go for sky sports I mean at home I don't get no free view channels from my sky ?

Hi @Daniel811   Before Sky Q is installed, Sky provides every subscription free on Sky Go so you can see what you will miss (if not subscribed) once the installation is complete.

Thanks so if I wanted to watch films would I need sky movies if so how much extra to wat I've already got I pay £49 A month

Hi @Daniel811   Sky Cinema, full price is an extra £13 a month. Most people negotiate a discount. Have a look at Your Offers in My Sky or talk to Sky. I'm paying £10 a month, I'm sure others get it cheaper.
