When i try use sky go it just says uprade your subscription.

I have tried several tablets and phones, they connect to the to the box for a few seconds then disconnect for a few seconds then repeat

Do you have a multiscreen sub as this is required before you can connect the Sky Go app to a Sky Q box to watch back your recordings.

If you don't have this then you can still use Sky Go but you will be unable to connect it to your Sky Q box.
