When I try to roll data the Sky app says I am not online. Deleting the app does not work

When I try to roll data the Sky app says I am not online. Deleting the app  and then uploading again does not work.  Suggestions from the Sky chat bot did not work.  Anyone else had the same issue?

Have you tried turning off your wifi/mobile data connection, rebooting your device, turning the wifi/mbile data connection back on then trying again to use the MySky app.

Yes, I have tried turning off/on router and deleting and reinstalling the app.
