When I try to login to MySky, go on Apple TV, it says the email address you're using has not been verified. Please visit the link below to finish setting up your account and then try again
when I scan the QR code on the screen, it just brings up a error message

For Sky Go on Apple TV, you'll also need a Sky Multiscreen or Whole Home subscription so do you have either of these ?
