What can you download to iPad on Sky Go?

Trying to download Fireman Sam films from recordings to iPad for my brother when we go abroad, and there's no option to do so for some of them. Can you only download certain stuff to iPad and if so what is the criteria?

The Sky Go app doesn't just show you content that you can downlaod via the app, as it shows you content you can stream and can watch via your Sky Q box.
