Watching sky Q recording on laptop

Hi all, I was hoping someone could advise me I got sky multiroom a couple of weeks ago and when I go onto my sky go app on my laptop I can see & play my Sky Q recordings & when I go into my Sky Q recordings next to each programme there's a play & record option does the record option mean I can record it onto my laptop?

Yes that is correct.

Hi All, if I subscibe to multiscreen, can I watch the recordings on my Q box, on my laptop, if I'm away from home in a hotel?

You will be able to as long as you have downloaded these recordings before you leave your home as you can't access them when you are not at home.
