Watching Sky Sports on laptop

I tried to watch Sky Sports on my laptop.  I get this...

It says I need a 24-month contract, but I have just renewed my 24-month contract, which includes Sky Sports.  It says I need to upgrade, but I have Sky Sports and have been watching Sky Sports on my TV, all along.  Why is the laptop different?

Are you seeing this when you login to the Sky Go app on your laptop ?

I wasn't using the Sky Go app.  I was logging into Sky.com.  However, after posting here, I realised it was a common issue.  I also spotted recommendation to install Sky Go app.  So, I did and now I can watch Sky Sports.  So, that bit is a get round.  But it doesn't resolve the original issue that so many people are having.  Surely that should be getting a fix?

Watching on the app brings up another question...

Watching the tennis channel, 408, is it possible to navigate the various courts that the live matches are on - as per the old "red button"?

On a laptop I'm afraid not as you are limited to the main sports channels only. On a mobile or tablet via the Sky Sports app you can access the extra streams.

Whenever I install Sky Go on my Mac, I get an error message!
