Yesterday I got the new Sky Go app for Xbox (not sure if this applies to other versions), if you use Sky go on xbox without a TV licence because you only watch On Demand content (following the TV Licence rules), then the New app forces a mini TV on screen playing a LIVE channel, this mini TV can not be turned off thus you can no longer legally use the app with no TV licence 😞
