Upgraded to sky go extra on 12th feb. It's on my bill. Try to login on an xbox or PlayStation and it says I need to upgrade my subscription. Phoned sky and they've fobbed me off telling me I'm entering the incorrect password which I'm 100% sure I'm not as I entered it incorrectly on purpose and it says incorrect password, rather than taking me to the next screen which is saying you need to upgrade your subscription. Hope someone can help because at the moment I'm paying for it but Sky don't believe that I'm not using it and don't know why it's not working.

When the chat bubble does appear tomorrow you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.
