Upgraded my iPhone and will not connect to Sky Go since swapping

my old iPhone worked on Sky Go since I have upgraded to a new iPhone it keeps saying I need to upgrade when I don't as I already have this facility cannot find anywhere to log my new iPhone in

So if your issue if I have understood correctly that you can not see how to login to the Sky Go app ?
