Unable to watch sports on my iPod

I took a new account when I moved in June with sky for broadband and streaming Tv and downloaded the sky sports app because I have sky sports on my account, but once logged on it tells me I am not authorised to watch. What is the problem.

Are you saying you previously had Sky and then moved and started again as a new customer or that you were just a new customer ?
