Unable to watch sports on my android phone via skygo

When I try and watch sports via skygo get a message saying I have to upgrade my subscription even though I have full sky sports package

Can you watch other live channels on the app apart from the sports ones ?

 

Are you trying to watch a Sky Sports channel or a TNT one ?
