I am a paying Sky TV customer and I am trying to use Sky Go to watch a show. However an error message saying 'Sky is currently unavailable. Please try again later. Code: 1304.' appears every time I try to play a show. I have tried and checked everything - my internet connection works, my PC meets the program requirements, I have restarted my PC, and have reinstalled the program yet it still doesn't work. I have also tried downloading Sky Go on my iPhone and get a similar error message.
What else can be done?
