I'm using the Sky Go App on my mobile. I am trying to watch Season 4 of The Rookie - Sky Witness on Demand - and each episode gives the message 'To enjoy this service, please upgrade your subscription'. I have checked and have Sky Variety which includes Sky Witness. (I also tried Season 1, 2 and 3 with the same result, however, I am able to watch Season 5). Any help would be most appreciated. TIA.

The Variety package on it's own would only give you access to the live channel and catchup content. For a series like this you would need to upgrade to the Sky Signature package which also gives you access to Sky Boxsets so for shows like this. Sometimes upgrading can see you paying slightly less to what you are paying now so if you want to do this I would suggest calling Sky to see what they will offer you.
