Unable to watch live channels on Sky go app

When trying to watch live channels it comes up with "Tv guide could not be displayed because channels are currently not available. Please try again later"

This has been happening fir quite a while now. On the Sky Q box it's saying connected.

Have you tried disconnecting it from your Sky Q box, the only downside to do this is that some channels that are not usually present in Sky Go like the BBC channels will not be able to be viewed via the app if you do this.
