Thanks to the guys that replied.
I contacted SKY on Friday 10th January. They could not resolve my problem and told me they would call back Saturday, 11th January. Glad I never held my breath waiting for them to replay, |(still waiting) as its still not resolved ( Monday 13th) I have SKY cinema and should receive Paramount + free.
Shocking service, but they are glad to take my subscription every month on the dot.
Again, thanks to all that replied, but I'm going to leave SKY.

I am also having the same issue.
It's says I'm all set. Please log in to access.
I log in with my Sky account but it does not recognise me. I used this service months ago and I had no issues. No login was required as it automatically knew I had free access. Now it's asking me to log in.
